These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.

You may be liable to pay import duties depending on your country.  If you are unsure please check with your customs bureau.

Please see below for instructions on returning items to us.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (this includes any packaging). If you notify us within 7 days and then return goods as detailed within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective Items

You can always return items if they are defective. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery Charges

For packages that are large in weight or size we reserve the right to charge the appropriate postage for that order. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the error/defective item to us subject to certain conditions outlined below.
 
U.K. Postage refunds
We only issue 1st and 2nd postage refunds

International Postage Refunds

Postage refunds can only be authorised if you have sent the item using a "standard international service" from your national postal organisation for return.
We will not refund postage costs if you use a premium/expedited service

If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/colour a further postage and package charge will be made.

For orders outside the U.K. please allow 28 working days for delivery.
